In this season finale episode, Joe Rogan counts down the top 15 Fear Factor moments from the past three seasons in front of a live audience.

3x29 Championship, Part III (May 12, 2003)


Grand finale of the Fear Factor Championship Stunt #1 (Underwater hallway) Contestants would have to swim the length of a 50-foot hallway submerged in freezing cold water. As they went though the hallway, they would have to unlock three doors and collect 9 flags. There would be three air pockets in the hallway, but only the three contestants to collect the most flags the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest person would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (All-Star Transfer) Contestants would have to compete in a gross relay race. They would first have to eat a shot of night crawlers, and then transfer night crawlers from a box to a scale. After transferring 7 pounds of worms, they would move on to a box of Madagascar hissing cockroaches. After transferring 1 pound of roaches, they would have to use their mouths to toss ten dead rats into a bucket from behind a barricade. The two contestants to complete this relay race the fastest would advance to the final stunt. The s

3x28 Championship, Part II (May 05, 2003)


This semi-final round featured the other twelve of this season's 24 winners. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the previous semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Double helicopter drop) Going two at a time, contestants would be hanging by trapeze bars under a helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a group of 12 buoys, they would have to drop into the water and search under the buoys for flags. There was one yellow flag and one orange flag hidden among the buoys. When a contestant found a flag, they would have to swim to the matching color-coded platform and post the flag. The winner of each race would advance to the next round and the loser would be eliminated. Stunt #2-Men (Pot Luck Dinner) The men would be eating at a Fear Factor buffet. 3x27 Championship, Part I (April 28, 2003)


This semi-final round featured twelve of this season's 24 winners. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the next semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Head-to-head floor drop) Contestants would be inside a Plexiglas box over 100 feet above the ground. Going two at a time with a divider between them, they would have to search through 20 keys on the wall and find the correct key to unlock a box and pull a ripcord. The first contestant to pull the ripcord would drop the bottom out from their opponent's side of the box. The winner of each race would advance to the next round, the loser would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Milk the Goat) Going two at a time, contestants would have to use their mouths to suck milk from the udder of a live goat and spit it into a glass. 3x26 Go Cart Chicken; Fear Factor Basketball; Water Rotisserie (April 07, 2003)


Stunt #1: Go Cart Chicken Contestants would have to race a go-kart down a track suspended over 100 feet in the air. They would have to stop their front wheels between a yellow line and the end of the track. If they stopped short or went off the end, they would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Basketball Contestants would have to shoot basketball from four predetermined spots. Each time they missed a basket, they would have to drink an 8-ounce glass of blended night crawlers, red worms, super worms, and Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Everyone who drank their respective amounts of blended worms and roaches would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Water Rotisserie Contestants would be shackled by one wrist, both ankles, and their waist to a Plexiglas platform. As the platform spun, dunking them in and out of the water, they would have to unlock their shackles and swim to the side of the pool to stop the clock. 3x24 Miss USA Edition (March 24, 2003)


This episode featured six Miss USA 2003 contestants competing for $50,000. The winner would keep half her money and donate the other half to the charity of her choice. Stunt #1 (Inverted water hang) The ladies would be hung upside-down by their ankles and lowered into the water. The four ladies to hold their breath the longest before dropping a set of weights would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Fish Quicksand) The ladies would have to jump into a water tank and dig through fish scales to find metal canisters. Once they found which one of the 8 canisters contained fermented squid guts, they drink a glass of fermented squid guts. The three ladies to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the finals. The slowest lady would be eliminated. 3x23 Las Vegas Show (March 10, 2003)


This episode featured six contestants competing in Las Vegas. The winner would have to bet half the $50,000 on a hand of blackjack. Stunt #1 (Fremont rope swing) Hanging high above the Fremont Street Experience were three platforms, each with two knotted ropes between them. Contestants would have to use the ropes to swing from the first platform the third platform. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Eye Jackpot) In a high-roller suite at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, contestants would have to play a Fear Factor slot machine with four logos: A cow, a sheep, a fish, and a Fear Factor logo. For each animal logo that came up, contestants would have to eat a pair eyeballs belonging to that animal. Each Fear Factor logo would add zero eyeballs to their plate. 3x22 Helicopter Slalom; Piercing; Maggoty Cheese; Flag Snag (March 03, 2003)


This was an extended 4-stunt episode. Stunt #1: Helicopter Slalom Contestants would have to hang by their ankles from trapeze hanging from a helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a line of 20 flagpoles, contestants would have to release as many flags as possible. The two men and the two women who got the most flags would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Piercing Contestants would be strapped into a chair and their arms would be pierced by 10 needles which would get progressively thicker. All contestants who could stand the insertion and withdrawal of each needle without quitting or passing out would advance to the next round. Stunt #3: Maggoty Cheese Contestants would have 10 minutes to consume 4 ounces stinky cheese crawling with maggots. The contestant to consume their maggoty cheese the slowest would be eliminated. 3x21 Helicopter Boat Drag; Mechanical Bull Buffet; Window Washer (February 24, 2003)


Stunt #1: Helicopter Boat Drag Contestants would be riding on a raft towed behind a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have climb a rope hanging from the helicopter and release 6 flags before dropping 20 feet into the water. If contestants completed this stunt, they would win $1,000 advance to the next round. In the event that not everyone completed the stunt, the two men and the two women who got the most flags before falling would advance. Stunt #2: Mechanical Bull Buffet Contestants would have to eat a combination of bull parts including spinal cord, spleen, and hairy snout. Before eating, contestants would ride a mechanical bull. If they stayed on for at least 8 seconds, they could eliminate one of the food items from their plate. All contestants who finished the contents of their plate in 6 minutes would advance to the finals. 3x19 Flatbed to Flatbed; Worm Coffin; Tumbler (February 17, 2003)


Stunt #1: Flatbed to Flatbed As a semi truck hauling two flatbed trailers drove down a runway at 35 miles per hour, contestants would have to jump a car off a ramp and clear the gap between the two trailers. In order to advance to the next round, their car would have to stay on the second trailer, which was oiled and slick. If their car did not clear the gap or went off the end of the trailer, they would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Worm Coffin With only a narrow tube to breath through, contestants would lie in a coffin and be buried with 500 pounds of earthworms. While buried, they would have to use their hands to untie a knotted rope. All contestants who could untie the knot in three minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Tumbler As a tumbler with large holes rotated over water, contestants would have to transfer up to 14 flags from one end of the tumbler to the other. The contestant who could transfer the most flags the fastest before falling through one of the holes

3x18 Save Your Spouse; Roach Transfer; Couples Hang (February 10, 2003)


This episode featured four couples competing as teams. Stunt #1: Save Your Spouse One person would be locked in a Plexiglas box and submerged in water. Their partner would have dive in, unlock three locks, and open the door. The person who was trapped in the box would then have to swim to the surface and pull a flag. The three couples to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Roach Transfer One person would have to get mouthfuls of Madagascar hissing cockroaches from a box and transfer them to their partner by mouth. Their partner would have to spit the roaches into another box. The couple to transfer the most roaches in 3 minutes would win $25,000, and everyone present in this stunt would be brought back for the finals to compete for the remaining $25,000. 3x17 Vertical Two Square; Electric Eels; Helicopter Rodeo (February 04, 2003)


This was an all-female episode. Stunt #1: Vertical Two Square The ladies would have to traverse two sides of a rotating square-shaped beam structure. Once they reached the end of the beam, they would have to crawl on a rope down to a lower platform and release a flag. The four ladies to complete this stunt the fastest or get the furthest before falling into the water below would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Electric Eels The ladies would have to reach into a divided tank and transfer 6 electric eels from one side of the tank to the other. The three ladies to do this the fastest would advance to the finals. The slowest lady would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Helicopter Rodeo Hanging onto a rope, the ladies would have to stay on a barrel as it pitched and swung beneath a helicopter. 3x16 Bobbing in Blood; Tomato Hornworms; Skunk Tunnel (Gross-Out Edition) (February 03, 2003)


This was a special all-gross episode. Stunt #1: Bobbing in Blood Contestants would have to bob for plastic rings in a vat containing over 50 gallons of cow blood. The two men and the two women to retrieve the most rings in 2 minutes would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Tomato Hornworms Contestants would use a blowgun to shoot two darts at a display of tomatoes numbered 0, 3, 4, and 5. The total of the two numbers they hit would be the number of tomato horn worms they would have to eat. They would have 30 seconds per worm. Contestants who finished their tomato horn worms within the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Skunk Tunnel Contestants would have to crawl through a pitch-black drainage system containing roadkill skunks. The first pipe led to a wet and slimy culvert connected to several other pipes, but only one pipe besides the entry pipe did not have a dead end. 3x15 Ferris Wheel; Fear Factor Pizza; Water Platform (January 27, 2003)


This episode had a snow theme to go along with NBC's Blizzard Monday. Stunt #1: Ferris Wheel Contestants would have to run on top of a narrow wheel as is spun high above the ground. The two men and the two women who stayed on the wheel the longest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Pizza Contestants would have to eat a slice of pizza consisting of bile-based crust, coagulated blood sauce, and stinky cheese. They would toss pizza pans into labeled buckets to determine whether their pizza would be topped with red worms, fish eyeballs, or both. Everyone who ate their slice of Fear Factor Pizza in within 10 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Water Platform Contestants would be chained to a platform and submerged in a tank of cold water. 3x14 Spin Cycle; Breakfast of Champions; Stilt Walking (January 20, 2003)


Stunt #1: Spin Cycle Contestants would have to climb a rope ladder hanging from a spinning girder and cross monkey bars from one end of the girder to the other. Once they got to the end, they would have to release a flag and drop into the water below. As time went on, the girder would spin faster. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest or get the furthest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Breakfast of Champions Contestants would have to eat balut eggs (eggs which contain a partially developed duck embryo), silkworm moth cocoons in brine, and liquefied pig liver. To determine the amount of each item they had to eat, contestants would use a slingshot to shoot at numbered milk bottles ranging from 0 to 3. 3x13 Barrel Rolling; Rat Transfer; Car into Pond (January 13, 2003)


Stunt #1: Barrel Rolling Over seven stories high, contestants would have to stand on top of a large plastic pipe and use their feet to roll it across a set of beams from one rooftop to the other. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Rat Transfer Going two at a time, contestants would have to use their mouths pick up dead rats from a table and toss them into buckets from behind barricades. Each race would last for 2 minutes. The contestant from each pair to transfer the most rats would advance to the finals. The loser would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Car into Pond Contestants would have to drive a car off a ramp and into a pool. Once the car was submerged, they would have to grab a flag, exit the car, and swim to the side of the pool to post the flag on a flagpole. 3x12 Inverted Helicopter; Horse Rectum; Sky Walker (January 06, 2003)


Stunt #1: Inverted Helicopter Contestants would be bound by their ankles and hung upside-down beneath a helicopter. They would have to find which of three keys unlocked the lock to their shackles and pull a release cord to drop into the water below. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Horse Rectum Contestants would have to eat horse rectum. They would get three tosses of a horseshoe to determine the amount of rectum they would have to eat. Each toss would cost them 0, 6, 7, or 8 inches of rectum. They would get to eliminate one toss. All contestants who finished their designated amount of horse rectum in 10 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Sky Walker Contestants would have to navigate a rectangular balance beam structure over 100 feet above the ground. 3x11 Scooter Plank; Deer Balls & 100 Year Old Egg Nog; Trapped Under Ice (December 09, 2002)


This was a Christmas-themed episode. Stunt #1: Scooter Plank Contestants would have to ride a motorized scooter across a 60-foot long, 12-inch wide balance beam over 100 feet in the air. The four contestants to get across the fastest or get the furthest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Any contestants who got all the way across would get to keep their scooter. Stunt #2: Deer Balls & 100 Year Old Egg Nog Contestants would have to consume reindeer testicles and glass of 100-year-old eggnog. They would dump out a stocking full of small gift boxes containing numbers 5-10 and pick one of the boxes. The number inside the box they picked would be the number of testicles they would have to eat. They would have 30 seconds for each testicle and 1 minute for the glass of eggnog. 3x10 Drowning Closet; Ostrich Egg; Merry-Go-Round (December 02, 2002)


Stunt #1: Drowning Closet Contestants would be locked inside a Plexiglas cell as it filled with water. They would have to find which of four keys unlocked the two locks at the top of the cell and open the hatch to escape. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Ostrich Egg Contestants would have 20 minutes to consume a three-pound raw ostrich egg. Everyone who drank their egg in the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Merry-Go-Round Contestants would have to walk a narrow balance beam structure as it spun over 100 feet high. Extending out from the center were four limbs. They would have to take flags from the center and clip them on flagpoles at the end of each of the limbs. After clipping all four flags, they would have to return to the center to stop the clock. 3x09 Dog Attack; Gas Chamber; Car Carrier Drive-Thru (November 18, 2002)


Stunt #1: Dog Attack Contestants would have to make their way through an urban assault training building and press buttons to raise flags. Along the way, they would have to get past 4 trained attack dogs. The two men and the two women to raise the 6 flags and get out the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Gas Chamber Contestants would have to stay inside a room full of c.s. gas (tear gas). The three contestants to stay in the room the longest would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Car Carrier Drive-Thru Contestants would start out driving a car next to a moving car carrier going 40 miles per hour. When a horn sounded, they would have to drive their car up a ramp and into the back of the car carrier. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

3x08 Helicopter Flag Snag; Slugs; Build-A-Bridge (November 11, 2002)


Stunt #1: Helicopter Flag Snag Contestants would have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Helicopter would stay overhead the entire time to create rotor wash. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Slugs Contestants would have to eat 10 live slugs and drink a shot of cow bile. All contestants to do this in the 4-minute time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Build-A-Bridge Contestants would have to make their way from the rooftop of one building to the other. Strung between the rooftops were two cables. The contestants would get across by hanging wooden slats between the cables and stepping on them. They would only have three wooden slats, so they would have to pick the

3x07 Burning Building; Scorpion Pit; Rotating Climbing Wall (November 05, 2002)


Stunt #1: Burning Building Contestants would have to climb a ladder and enter on the fourth floor of a firefighter training tower. Once inside, they would have to follow a hose line to a room where a fire was burning at upwards of 2,000 degrees, use the hose to put out the fire, find a rescue dummy in the smoke-filled room, and place the dummy in a basket outside the building. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Scorpion Pit Contestants would have to lie in pit covered with over 3,000 scorpions for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. After the first 30 seconds had passed, they would use a joystick to pick up scorpions with a robotic claw and transfer them into another pit. The two contestants to transfer the most scorpions in 3 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Rotating Climbing Wall Contestants would have to stay on a climbing wall over 8 stories high as it repeatedly

3x06 Triple Beam Walk; Glass Walking; Magnetic Car Drop (October 28, 2002)


Stunt #1: Triple Beam Walk High above the ground, contestants would have to walk three 40-foot long beams which were only 3½ inches wide. The beams were suspended at different levels, so contestants would have to climb rope ladders to get from one beam to the next. When they reached the end of the final beam, they would have to release a flag. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest or get the furthest the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Glass Walking Contestants would have to walk on broken glass with bare feet. They would throw rocks at windows numbered 5-10 to determine how many feet they would have to walk on broken glass. All contestants to complete their glass walk would advance to the finals. 3x05 Speedboat to Helicopter Ladder; Worm Transfer; Car Thru Building (October 21, 2002)


Stunt #1: Speedboat to Helicopter Ladder Contestants would be riding on the back of a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have to grab on to a 20-foot rope ladder hanging from the helicopter and climb it. The two men and the two women to climb into the helicopter the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Worm Transfer Contestants would have to eat a shot of night crawlers, and then use their mouths to transfer night crawlers from a box to a scale. Sometime before time ran out, they would have to down a second shot of night crawlers. The two contestants to transfer the most weight in worms in 3 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Car Thru Building Contestants would have to race a car up a ramp and crash it through a small house. The contestant to launch their car their furthest from the building would be the Fear Factor Champion.

3x04 Stage Coach Drag; Fish Dinner; Pipe to Pipe to Pipe (October 14, 2002)


Stunt #1: Sage Coach Drag Contestants would start out holding onto a cargo net being dragged behind a covered wagon pulled by two horses. They would have to pull themselves up the cargo net and get inside the wagon. Everyone who completed this stunt would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fish Dinner Contestants would have to reach deep inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip. The number on the chip would determine whether they would have to eat cod liver, cod sperm, cod egg sacs, or a combo plate of all three. The two men and the two women to finish their fish dinner the fastest would advance to the finals. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Pipe to Pipe to Pipe As water rained down on them, contestants would have to walk along three large pipes suspended over 100 feet in the air. 3x03 Traverse the Dam; Bee Headed; Watery Coffin (October 07, 2002)


Stunt #1: Traverse the Dam Suspended high over a dam was a 350-foot long tightrope with flags attached. Contestants would have to cross the tightrope and collect flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags in 5 minutes would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Bee Headed Contestants would be covered with over 200,000 honeybees. Once covered, they would have stand for 2 minutes covered in bees. All contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Watery Coffin Contestants would be locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. 3x02 Counter Balance Beam; Weenie Roast; Swinging Rope Bridge (September 30, 2002)


Stunt #1: Counter Balance Beam Contestants would have to release up to 12 flags from the edges of an 8-foot by 24-foot see-saw platform over 100 feet in the air. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Weenie Roast Contestants would play a matching game to determine whether they would have to eat the penis of a deer, elk, bull, or water buffalo. If they got the deer or elk penis, they would have 5 minutes to eat it. If they got the bull or water buffalo penis, they would have 10 minutes. Contestants who ate their animal penis within the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Swinging Rope Bridge Contestants would have to cross a series of wooden swings suspended over 100 feet high. 3x01 Big Foot; Snake Tank; Floor Drop (Celebrity Edition) (September 23, 2002)


This episode featured six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner would receive $50,000 for their charity, and the others would receive $10,000 for their charities. Stunt #1: Big Foot Contestants would be sitting in a car at the end of a line of junkyard cars. As a monster truck drove over the line of cars, contestants would have to find which of six keys started the car and drive over a finish line. If their car was crushed by the monster truck, they could still continue if the car would start. The two men and the two women to cross the finish line the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Snake Tank Contestants would have to swim to the bottom of a water tank occupied by over 1,000 snakes, including a 10-foot long albino Burmese python.
