Two political party bosses try to come up with a perfect presidential candidate by using a massive "electronic brain".(A Univac) It decides that man would be Clem Kadiddlehopper. The public adores him and he's well on his way toward victory, despite that the brain was shown to be defective. One of the bosses has a dream of what a goof Clem would be in the white house.
